If you edit a file, the changes are automatically saved periodically.
You can disable auto saving in the settings and then save files manually.

I feel like I'm using a beta version of an app. The file save/create feature is broken. When I try to create a file and search for the directory I want to save my new web page in the app opens up a blank file explorer and says "Not readable". I tried typing in the folder /Internal storage/Documents/ it says "An error occurred when creating the template." I've given the app permission to access files on my phone so I don't understand why its not working.
