Not give you the exact amount and the mileage. it shows, for example $15 but when you finished, it might be $6. when you contact them, they'll say that it will review for 48 hours, but in the end, you have nothing. So many customers complained about the map. The map is the biggest issue. you'll call the customer, or they'll call you to come to their address because HOPP doesn't bring you to their exact location. They need to improve the app.

1. same ping to all drivers with no time to review an order 2. app says 18 min drive time, google says 31. followed app's route..the timer changed slowly enough to eventually take 31 minutes. 3. forced logged out after each ping if not responded to 4. frequent mismatch between offered pay and end pay 5. poor to worse dollar per mile offering with each passing day put these experiences in AI and it said these are definitely sleazy and exploitative practices.. go figure.

This is by far the worst ride-sharing app I’ve ever used. The navigation is a complete disaster, constantly causing delays and confusion. The pricing is a scam — they advertise a $20 ride, but after the trip you end up with only $10.50 because they secretly deduct $8 for tolls and $1.50 for HST. Unlike Uber and Lyft, which show the real fare upfront, this app tricks drivers with misleading numbers. On top of that, pickup distances are ridiculously long most of the time.
